Heat Pump Pool

Heat Pump Pool Heaters

A heat pump for a swimming pool is the fastest way to heat up the water temperature. Gas heaters are pricey and can even be dangerous. People have been switching to electrical heat pumps to maximize the efficiency of the heating power. Rheem has a line of spa and pool heat pumps that will help you get the most out of your pool. You will be able to use your pool all year round and can rely on a system that is hassle free. They use titanium technology that surpasses any other water heating system.

These heat pump pool heaters are so effective at warming the pool water because they have help from the sun. They are similar to a solar powered heater because they use the energy from the sun to maximize its efficiency. The compressor inside takes heat from the air and transfers it into the water. Solar Direct has water heaters that can draw in heat from the air or from another water source, such as a lake or river. Their units last between 10 and 15 years, so it is a solid investment to make for your home.

Heat Siphon is another pool pump that uses titanium technology. They guarantee your system's heat exchanger to be corrosion free for life. Their prices are affordable and they offer you complete satisfaction. The operation of the system is easy to follow so that you will have wonderfully warm waters all year round. It is one of the quietest heat pumps you will find. You won't be annoyed with a loud motor kicking on every 20 minutes. All of the electric heat pumps are environmentally friendly and can be the first step you make towards having a greener environment.

It is best to have a professional be responsible for the installation of your heat pump pool heater. This way you can be sure it will run properly and to it's full potential. Proper maintenance can extend the life of your heater significantly. Make sure to refer to your user's guide to find out what steps you need to take in servicing your machine. It may be wise to have a technician service your heat pump to ensure everything is running properly.

Thank you for explaining how the heat pump pool heaters work. It is interesting that the unit uses the heat around it to warm the water in the pool and that they have such a life expectancy.

Thank you for posting that you should have a professional be responsible for the installation of a pool pump heater. My husband was adamant that he could do this without an issue, but after reading your article, he’s decided the extra money for the professional is well spent.

I love the idea of not listening to a loud motor 3 or so times every hour just to keep my pool warm. The Heat Siphon sounds like a great way to heat my pool, and with it being environmentally friendly, what a bonus!
